Seth Lucas, from Powell, Ohio, began karting at twelve before quickly excelling in sportscar racing where he earned his first victory at fourteen, piloting a KTM prototype at Homestead-Miami Speedway. In 2021, he made his Trans Am Series debut, achieving a podium finish at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, which secured him a seat with Hattori Motorsports in GT America.

 

In 2022, Lucas joined MDK Motorsports for their debut, competing in both GT4 America and GT America. During 2023, he drove a Porsche 992 GT3 R in the Fanatec GT World Challenge America and made his IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship debut in the LMP3 category with Ave Motorsports.

 

Racing in the LMP2 class with MDK Motorsports and High Class Racing, Lucas took on the IMSA season in 2024, alongside competing in the Asian Le Mans Series in LMP3. For 2025, he will compete in the full season of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship in the GTD class, driving the #80 Mercedes-AMG GT3 with Korthoff Competition Motors.
