With the 2022 race season coming to a close, Hattori Motorsports driver Seth Lucas is ready to battle the GT America Powered by AWS program and the Sebring International Raceway. Completing a successful test on the bumpy Florida layout, the Motul USA branded driver will be aiming to add to his results resume that has featured multiple race wins and podium results throughout his first full season in GT Racing.
“We had a great test in Sebring last week and will be back on track Thursday which gives us ample laps prior to the official sessions this weekend,” explained the Toyota GR Supra driver Seth Lucas. “I want to continue the momentum that we have gained since making the switch to the GT America program and build momentum for our soon-to-be-announced 2023 efforts.”
Set to hit the track Thursday for a pair of test sessions, Friday will be the home of two official practice sessions that lead into the race weekend. Saturday will feature the ever-important qualifying session in the morning prior to the first wheel-to-wheel race in the afternoon while Sunday will be the second opportunity to stand atop the podium.
Lucas added, “This whole season would not be possible if it wasn’t for the amazing partners that we have in our efforts. A big thanks to Motul USA, Toyota, Hattori Motorsports as well as my family. My goal is to finish the year strong as thank you to them!”
